The Packwood Improvement Club is happy to host between 40-60 vendors every Memorial Day and Labor Day for our bi-annual events.  Some of the benefits you get when renting with us include:

• Indoor restrooms (*Recent years have these only open for vendor and staff use only.)
• Use of the buildings kitchen facilities (*must bring own cookwear and keep it clean.)
• 24-7 on site staff
• Wi-Fi
• Electricity (*Additional charge and not available to all sites)
• Water (*Additional charge and not available to all sites)
• Garbage included in rental fees
• And many more!

As many of our vendors return year after year, open sites are a first come, first serve basis.  Sites must be prepaid in full 30 days prior to the event and are non-refundable.  If your interested in more information, fill out the contact us form and one of our event managers will contact you.  In your message, please include the following information.

• Full Name
• Email
• Phone number and best times to reach you.
• Item(s) Vending
• Type of vehicle  **Note:  all vehicles and merchandise must fit within rented space.  (Examples: 30 foot toy hauler and truck, truck with 10 foot cargo trailer, 28 foot U-haul truck)
• Any extras you will need, like electricity or water.
