Our hall rental comes with full use of the property, including the park and inside kitchen area. Our spacious kitchen contains 2 ovens, a microwave, stove-top, coffee machine, and most cooking and serving utensils.
Depending on your needs, we offer both an hourly and daily rental rate. Our hourly rental rate is just $50 an hour for anything less than 4 hours. Rentals greater than 4 hours, are just $200 a day. All rentals are subject to a $100 cleaning fee with $50 refundable after the event.
